Server log data is used for security monitoring and to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

This site may load map tiles from MapTiler to display task locations. MapTiler’s own privacy policy governs any data collected by their services. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Volunteer and organisation profiles

Volunteers listed on this platform have consented to their profile, name, and introductory video being displayed publicly. If you are a listed volunteer and wish to have your profile removed, contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to resolve the matter and are then deleted. We do not retain server logs beyond 90 days.

Your rights

If you are based in the UK, EU, or California, you have rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].
